2 SLEEPS TO GO

Welcome to our second Twilight Fair Newsletter! In case you missed it, this year all rides are FREE. We’ll again feature LIVE music from the Royal Australian Navy Band Tasmania.

We will have, the usual food stalls, show-bags, silent auction, chocolate trailer throw competition, great coffee, cakes, jams & preserves, plants and everyone's favourite Oliebollen!

We really believe that the Channel Twilight Fair is a fantastic opportunity:

  1. To gather people from surrounding community.

  2. To build community among our school families.

  3. To raise funds for the purposes of increasing opportunities for our children’s learning.

Thanks For Your Help!

Thank You!

A huge thank you to all the people who have signed up to help out. We only have a couple of spots left to fill! Please double check where you’re rostered on and make sure you turn up. If you can’t make it, please make sure you arrange a replacement.

If you have any questions please contact the Fair Committee.

All Rides Are Free!

We’ll have the Toxic Meltdown, Giant Inflatable Slide, and a Jumping Castle all of which will be FREE this year! Make sure you tell your friends!

Silent Auction

We’re super excited to offer the following items up this his year in our SILENT AUCTION.

Don’t forget to check out these wonderful businesses who generously support our school. Please click any of the links for more information.

Phew what a list!! Happy bidding everyone.

NOTE all bids should be made in person on the day only.

Stall Highlights!

We’ve got dinner sorted with Hot Chips & fresh cooked Snags!

Wood Fired Pizza

Amazing Wood-fired pizza made fresh on-site on demand until
sold out by our very own very own Anna Travers!

Croquettes

We’ll have delicious handmade Croquettes from Anita Kamphuis in Ulverstone. These always sell out fast.

Chocolate Throw

This year we’ll have the highest chocolate count ever at the popular Chocolate throw. Mr Bosker wont leave until the last chocolate bar has been won!

Crafts

Our craft stall is always well admired. Donations can still be left anytime at the School Office.

Plants

Our Plant stall will be back with thanks to Dave from Greenhill Nursery at Leslie Vale.

Baked Goods, Cakes and Preserves

We will have Dutch Boterkoek made by our resident chef Clancy Hartman along with various cakes and slices.

Tombola vs Buy Burst & Win

The rivalry between these two stalls is always VERY entertaining. The Year 1/2 class are responsible for Buy Burst and Win and Year 3/4 are running Tombola.

Second Hand Books

As previously advised This stall will be run in conjunction with One Way Church this year (next to the school), due to space restrictions during the current building works. This will be a book stall only. Please bring any donations to the school office.

Don’t Forget Delicious Oliebollen!

Thank you for partnering with us. Don’t forget to tell your friends and RSVP and share our Facebook event. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Warm regards
